ABOUT SGS

Our History
Incorporated in 1985, SGS now includes two
principals, Dennis Sowers, AIA, and Bruce Garner, Managing Principal;
as well as twelve other professional staff to perform architectural,
engineering and construction services.
We offer comprehensive architectural, engineering and construction
management services such as design, engineering design/analysis,
programming, prototype development, demographics evaluation, and
permit acquisition.
SGS has provided comprehensive services to a diverse group of clients,
including Fortune 500 firms.
Our work experience includes new projects, restorations, alterations,
feasibility studies, consulting, additions, site selection, project
management, handicap accessibility studies, and interior design.
As needed, we utilize part-time staff and have successfully engaged
other firms to participate in our projects.
