SGS is a

region. In the last few years we have completed over 40 major
projects totaling in excess of 2500 units with construction costs
exceeding $125 million. The Harleysville project is one of our
latest design initiatives with 149 units in nearly 150,000 square
feet.

The initial building is an independent living facility
with a full service kitchen
with multiple dining areas.
A common area boasts
barber and beauty shops,
a financial center, gift
shops, cafe, and pub.
Walking trails and
recreational areas are
included throughout
the grounds. |

The second phase of the project will be an
assisted living facility and the third phase
will mirror the phase one independent
building. All phases are to be completed
within the next few years. |
