Creative building design and positioning on the lot
were necessary to keep site preparation and grading
to a minimum. Additionally, a high level of
architectural and finish detail was required to
provide a luxurious upscale look at a moderate
cost.
Social and reading areas were integrated throughout
the 100-bed facility. Activity and exercise rooms
permit a comprehensive offering of activities. A
professionally trained chef provides a complete
menu from a full-service commercial kitchen.
The facility also serves as a "community center"
for
the adjacent independent living facilities offering
activities, meals, social, and volunteer
opportunities
for the residents.
