SGS offers full service civil and land planning, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing and sprinkler engineering through highly qualified consulting firms.  These firms provide attentive design support for SGS projects.

■ LEED
   
As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, SGS is pleased to provide Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) coordination and certification services.  Green design, also called sustainable development, is a design process that reduces the negative impact on natural resources.  Lifecycle costs of the facility are considered while creating a safe, productive indoor environment for the occupants.  Indoor air quality, lighting, energy and water use, materials, product selection, and manufacturing processes are items to be considered in planning of sustainable design.  A LEED AP BD+C professional is on our staff..

■ Construction Services
   

Construction services include submittal review, site inspection, construction scheduling and construction cost estimating services.  SGS has experienced construction professionals familiar with all phases of the construction process who perform timely and thorough reviews to help maintain the project schedule and budget.
