The 13,000 square foot facility is the new
location for United Water's Harrisburg Region
offices. The facility houses the service and
installation group, customer service department,
as well as regional administration.

The service department consists of three drive through
bays, material storage, lockers and showers for the employees. The
office area is approximately 5,000 square feet in size. Adjacent to
the building is a secured exterior area for vehicles and materials.
The building was situated on the site and was
designed for future expansion of both the service area and the office
administration area.
