Woods Edge Apartments are one, two and three bedroom rental units with integral attached garages. The apartment complex is being developed by the Murray Companies/Sher-Wal Inc. Joint Ventures off of Centerville Road in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
   

The project will build out at approximately 184 units in nineteen buildings. The exterior of the buildings uses a combination of stone, stucco and accent brick areas to create a traditional charm.
    

Construction is of wood frame walls, concrete floors and a pre-engineered roof truss system with a masonry and poured concrete foundation system.
  

Each unit features a private entrance, one car garage, spacious living areas, laundry room and patio or balcony.
