The Courtyard by Marriott is located in Mechanicsburg, Lower Allen Township, Pennsylvania.  The building is a three story, ninety-one guest room hotel. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool and spa, exercise room, a business lounge and library featuring high speed internet and large flat screen televisions in a casual seating area around a gas fireplace.

The ambiance of the lobby and lounge integrates the cohesive "business persons" environment offering a relaxing comfortable setting. The landscaped exterior courtyard with the walk paths, benches and gazebo create outdoor seating areas.

                                 
 

The project included comprehensive planning and coordination with the franchisee and Marriott International, to incorporate standard and custom details. A custom interior design for all public spaces was included to provide a luxurious upscale look at a moderate cost.
