F&M TRUST
Chambersburg, PA
F&M Trust required the high profile image befitting a
leading financial institution while blending with other historic
structures in the downtown area. This new 22,000 sq. ft. three-story
addition and a partial renovation of their existing structure houses
the executive, operational, and support functions of the bank. The
resulting design allows for
functional separation while maintaining efficient workflow and
interaction among the various departments.
Challenging site issues were solved to permit
successful integration and linking of the existing and new structures.
